Steve DeWidt

Steve has over 11 years of public accounting experience serving clients in a variety of industries, with a focus in technology, manufacturing, and life sciences. He has helped companies with federal and state income tax compliance, merger and acquisition transactions, and international tax issues. His primary focus at Tanner is corporate tax and accounting for income taxes under ASC 740 for large public companies down to small private businesses. Companies he has served include Qualtrics, Solutionreach, Podium, ObservePoint, SaltStack, Finicity, and MultiLing. Prior to joining Tanner, Steve worked in the biotechnology and healthcare industries for over 8 years. He earned a Bachelor of Science in molecular biology from Brigham Young University and a Master of Accounting with a tax emphasis from the University of Utah.
