David Sperry

David has over 30 years of experience, which include serving as the Tax Partner-in-Charge in the Salt Lake City office of a Big 4 public accounting firm prior to joining Tanner. He has extensive tax compliance and consulting experience with various not-for-profit clients as well as manufacturing, retail, distribution, banking, telecommunications, and computer software and hardware companies.

Dave consults with domestic companies, many with international operations, to comply with all tax reporting requirements, calculate deferred taxes and minimize federal and state income tax, international tax, sales tax, property tax, and excise tax.

He is a graduate of Brigham Young University and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Utah Association of Certified Public Accountants.
