Todd McKinnon
Audit Partner
Todd is an audit partner at Tanner LLC who has over 27 years of audit and business advisory experience working with publicly traded and privately held companies, as well as not-for-profit organizations. In addition to financial statement audits, Todd also provides litigation support services, performing fraud examinations, conducting due diligence investigations for mergers and acquisitions, and has assisted various clients with public and private debt offerings. While at a “Big 4” firm, he visited firm offices in North and South America to review audit workpapers to verify that the audits were performed in accordance with Generally Accepted Auditing Standards and firm policy. Todd is also serves as the firm’s recruiting partner. Todd has overall responsibility for ensuring the firm hires individuals with high levels of integrity, competence, intelligence, maturity, and motivation.
