About Nancy
Nancy Voth, Ph.D., CFA, is a seasoned economist with deep expertise in transfer pricing, international tax, and valuation. She has worked extensively with clients across the medical products and devices, retail, technology/SaaS, and multi-level marketing (MLM) industries, helping multinational companies navigate the complexities of cross-border taxation, supply chain optimization, and intangible property valuation.
As a key leader in Tanner’s Integrated Global Solutions Practice, Nancy provides strategic guidance on global tax planning, operational transfer pricing, cost-sharing arrangements, Advance Pricing Agreements (APAs), audit defense, and FIN 48 / ASC 740 compliance.
Before joining Tanner, Nancy served as Managing Director at Valentiam Group, where she led complex transfer pricing engagements across the full lifecycle—from design to defense. She previously held leadership roles at WTP Advisors and Deloitte Tax, as well as serving as Director of Transfer Pricing at a Seattle-based travel company. Across all roles, she has helped businesses optimize their financial structures while maintaining compliance with evolving international tax regulations.
Recognized by Euromoney as one of North America’s leading transfer pricing economists, Nancy has contributed to international tax policy discussions, including OECD’s Pillar Two Global Minimum Tax.
Nancy earned her Ph.D. in Applied Economics from the University of Minnesota, a Master of International Management from the Thunderbird School of Global Management, and a bachelor’s degree in Economics and Political Science from Drew University. As a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), she brings analytical rigor and a strategic mindset to her work—making her a trusted advisor in the field of global transfer pricing.
