With a career spanning nearly three decades, Mark Madrian brings deep technical expertise and leadership in global transfer pricing and international tax strategy. He has held senior roles at several top global and Big 4 accounting and advisory firms, as well as in-house at a Fortune 100 company, giving him a 360-degree view of both transfer pricing and tax planning across jurisdictions, industries, and business lifecycles.
Mark has led high-impact projects across technology, SaaS, biotech, consumer products, medical device, and manufacturing sectors, advising on everything from tax-effective supply chain design to valuation, change management, and cross-border tax and transfer pricing strategy. His practical approach helps multinational companies navigate complex regulations while aligning tax outcomes with business performance.
Recognized by Euromoney as one of North America’s leading transfer pricing economists, Mark is a member of the National Association of Business Economists (NABE). He holds a bachelor’s degree in public policy and economics from Brigham Young University and an MPA in finance and management from The George Washington University.
Outside of work, Mark enjoys skiing, golf, and college sports, and never misses a good rivalry game.
