About Harmony
As a Transfer Pricing Director, Harmony works on all aspects of intercompany pricing arrangements between related business entities to best serve her clients, including transfers of intellectual property, transfers of tangible goods, provision and receipt of services, as well as loans and other financing transactions. Harmony has advanced training in mathematics, accounting, and project management. She has 10 years of experience in transfer pricing at a Big 4 firm, including planning, documentation, and economic research for a broad client base. Harmony provides consulting, documentation, and planning for worldwide transfer pricing clients, including master file and local file documentation as well as country-by-country reporting under BEPS. She is involved in a diverse range of projects, from advance pricing agreements and dispute resolutions to royalty rate calculations and valuations. A Phoenix transplant of nearly 20 years, Harmony’s client base includes companies in the SaaS, direct selling, manufacturing, retail, and renewable energy industries.
