About Crystal
Crystal Bush serves as Tanner’s Chief Financial Officer, bringing a strong foundation in complex accounting and financial operations. Her expertise includes revenue recognition, mergers and acquisitions, cost accounting, and navigating multifaceted accounting transactions. Before stepping into her leadership role at Tanner, Crystal spent four years in industry roles where she led ERP implementation teams and drove impactful process improvements.
With over a decade in public accounting, Crystal has delivered audit, advisory, and accounting services across a range of industries including SaaS, manufacturing, professional services, technology, and consumer products. She’s collaborated closely with executive teams to enhance internal reporting, streamline operations, and lead due diligence efforts during acquisitions.
Crystal holds a bachelor’s degree from Western Governors University and a master’s in accounting from Weber State University. She is an active member of both the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Utah Association of Certified Public Accountants (UACPA).
What drives her most? Helping clients, with financial clarity and operational growth and mentoring the future leaders of the industry.
