With a background spanning accounting, ERP consulting, automation, and operational transformation, he works closely with leadership teams to simplify complexity, strengthen processes, and align technology with business goals.
Aaron specializes in ERP selection and optimization, business systems strategy, process improvement, automation, and accounting technology consulting. He brings a practical, hands-on approach shaped by years of experience helping organizations navigate system implementations, scaling challenges, and operational change.
Before joining Tanner, Aaron founded The Accounting Nerd LLC and co-founded Emerson Winchester LLC, where he advised clients on ERP consulting, automation, and process improvement initiatives. Over the course of his career, he has led more than 40 ERP software implementations and helped organizations prepare for significant capital events, including IPO readiness initiatives.
Aaron is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Information Technology Professional (CITP), and Certified NetSuite Consultant. He has also served as an adjunct professor teaching advanced accounting, accounting information systems, and web technology courses.
