Nina has more than 20 years of professional experience providing both audit and tax services. Her experience includes public offerings, reverse mergers, going private, and Sarbanes-Oxley 404 implementation. Nina’s client base includes businesses within the technology, life sciences, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, distribution, and retail industries, as well as in the not-for-profit sector.
She is also a trusted advisor to her closely held entrepreneurial and investor backed private clients, advising with cash flow management; financial projections and forecasting; and understanding and applying complex accounting topics such as revenue recognition, purchase accounting, debt and equity transactions, and stock-based compensation arrangements. Additionally, Nina served as vice president of finance for a public company and chief financial officer for a private company.
Nina holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Long Island University – CW Post. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the California Society of Certified Public Accountants. She is active in the community and is involved with the National Charity League, and the Association for Corporate Growth organizations.
