Mark Madrian joined Tanner LLC, after several years of close collaboration with the firm’s International Tax Practice while a Partner with ValentiumGroup. Valentium is a global economic consulting firm in the transfer pricing and business valuation space. Mark brings more than 25 years of transfer pricing experience having worked in both consulting and in-house transfer pricing roles at Ernst & Young, KPMG, Duff & Phelps, and Procter & Gamble Corporation.  He has advised companies across a broad spectrum of industries – including technology/SaaS, retail, consumer goods, direct marketing, medical device, media and entertainment, professional services, and manufacturing.  

He has also been recognized by both Euromoney and the Legal Media Group as one of the leading transfer pricing advisors in North America. In addition to his consulting work, Mark has authored articles on various transfer pricing topics and has presented at numerous tax and transfer pricing conferences around the world. Mark earned his undergraduate degree in public policy and economics from Brigham Young University and completed his MPA in finance and management at the George Washington University.
