AM&AA Utah Chapter to host Post-Transaction Integration Event

Salt Lake City, Utah, April 16, 2024 – The Utah Chapter of the Alliance of Merger & Acquisition Advisors (AM&AA) is thrilled to announce their upcoming event focusing on post-transaction integration strategies. Hosted by the IMA Financial Group, the event aims to provide invaluable insights and strategies for navigating post-transaction complexities and maximizing entity value.
The panel, facilitated by Greenberg Traurig’s Nathan Hurlbut will include Tanner LLC’s Mark Erickson, Regan Guth of IMA Financial Group and Brandon Muirhead of The Cynosure group. Their insights on the discussion post-transaction integration will include financial integration, culture alignment, risk management, and customer relationships. Attendees will gain actionable insights from seasoned experts to position their organizations for success in post-transaction integration.
