About Mike
Mike has 23 years of experience in public accounting, including 13 years at a Big 4 firm, where he led project teams in State and Local Tax and Internal Audit engagements. Representative completed projects include sales and use tax consulting, tax credit studies, tax planning, audit representation, internal control reviews, and risk assessments to organizations with local and multi-state operations. Mike is a Certified Internal Auditor. He holds a Master of Business Administration from Utah State University and a Bachelor of Science in finance from Weber State University.
