About Matt
With nearly 14 years of public accounting experience, Matt Sadler has been a trusted advisor to clients across industries, including Asset and Wealth Management, Consumer Products/Retail, Family Office, Energy, Technology, and Real Estate. His expertise includes Corporate and Partnership compliance, ASC 740, and tax planning and consulting. During his tenure in the Big 4, Matt spent two years in the National Tax Office in Washington, D.C., specializing in Mergers & Acquisitions and IRS dispute resolution.
Matt is a proud University of Utah alumnus, earning his Master of Accounting (MAcc) in 2013. Matt is also dedicated to community service as a Board Member and Officer with First Tee of Utah, helping teach life skills through golf.
In his free time, Matt enjoys boating, wake surfing, golfing, snow skiing, and traveling with his family.
