About Jonathan
Known for his practical insight and measured approach, Jonathan serves a diverse portfolio of public and private companies across industries like technology/SaaS, manufacturing, investment funds, real estate development, and hospitality and entertainment. His clients benefit from his balanced perspective, shaped by experience both in public accounting and in industry roles, including time as a controller for a publicly traded software company and an internship with a private equity group in Zurich, Switzerland.
Jonathan’s career spans more than 20 years, including four years with a Big 4 firm. He is especially skilled in audit and advisory services. His approach centers on helping clients navigate complex financial reporting environments while building long-term, collaborative relationships.
He earned a Master of Business Administration from Weber State University and a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Utah. Jonathan is a member of both the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Utah Association of Certified Public Accountants.
When he’s not working, Jonathan enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife and three children, especially training and riding performance horses.
