About Klint
Klint Lewis is a trusted advisor to high-growth, venture and private equity backed companies in the technology, SaaS, fintech, consumer products, crypto, and cannabis industries. With over 20 years of audit and advisory experience, including time with a national firm, Klint understands the strategic and technical challenges fast-scaling businesses face.
He works closely with executive teams on complex issues like mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity transactions, and international expansion. He has developed expert knowledge to advise his clients on the finer points of revenue recognition, capitalized software development, equity-based compensation, business combinations, consolidations, complex debt and equity transactions. Over the years, he’s had the opportunity to serve some of Utah’s most iconic and influential companies as they grow, evolve, and prepare for what’s next. He has also expanded his reach regionally and nationally and serves clients throughout the United States.
Klint earned his bachelor’s degree in accounting from California State University, Fullerton, and a master’s in business with an accounting emphasis from Utah State University. He’s a member of the AICPA and UACPA, serves on the board of ACG Utah, and organizes a quarterly CFO roundtable for leaders in finance.
When Klint’s not advising his clients, he enjoys as many simple moments as he can get with his wife and children and enjoys exercise and strength training, expanding his investing knowledge, developing spiritually, and trying to do good in the world.
