About Mark
Mark Erickson brings three decades of experience guiding companies through the financial and strategic complexities that come with growth, change, and capital events. As Managing Partner, he works closely with CFOs and executive leadership teams, offering a clear point of view shaped by his technical expertise and two years of regulatory insight from the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
Mark is a key advisor to companies in the technology, manufacturing, distribution, and banking sectors, especially during mergers, acquisitions, and transaction preparation. His work is defined by a strong command of SEC reporting, M&A consulting, and transaction readiness, always with a focus on helping finance leaders protect and elevate the value of their businesses.
A proud Utah State University graduate, Mark holds both bachelor’s and master’s degrees in accounting. He continues to give back through his role on the National Advisory Board for the Jon M. Huntsman School of Business, where he is a former chairman and a current student mentor. He’s also an active member of the AICPA, UACPA, and the Alliance of Mergers & Acquisitions Advisors (AM&AA).
Outside of work, you’ll often find Mark on the trail. An avid hiker and backpacker, he’s set his sights on hiking 1,000 miles this year. He also enjoys traveling and spending time with his family.
