Ashley works closely with business owners to help them better understand their finances and make smart decisions about what’s next. As Managing Director of Client Accounting Services (CAS), she leads the firm’s outsourced accounting practice, bringing more than 16 years of experience in financial leadership, business advisory, and accounting operations. Her expertise spans outsourced controller and CFO services, financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting, systems implementation, and process improvement, with a focus on turning financial information into meaningful business insights.
Ashley brings a valuable perspective as both an entrepreneur and a trusted financial advisor. Prior to joining Tanner, she founded and led a successful outsourced accounting practice in Oregon, gaining firsthand experience in building a business, leading teams, and advising clients through the challenges and opportunities that come with growth. Having worked with businesses across a wide range of industries and stages of development, she understands the importance of strong financial leadership and the role it plays in helping owners make informed decisions. Her experience on both sides of the business relationship gives her a practical understanding of the pressures owners face and the value of having a financial partner who understands their business and is invested in their success.
Ashley is focused on helping businesses access the expertise and strategic guidance of an experienced financial team without having to build those capabilities entirely in-house.
