Firm Acquires Emerson Winchester, Expanding AI & Business Systems Advisory Practice

Acquisition adds NetSuite expertise and expands Tanner’s ability to help clients connect technology, finance and operations.

Tanner, a leading independent accounting and advisory firm, announces the acquisition of Emerson Winchester, a business systems consulting firm specializing in NetSuite implementation, optimization and advisory services.

The Emerson Winchester team will join Tanner’s AI & Business Systems Advisory practice, expanding the practice Tanner launched earlier this year to help organizations improve the systems, processes and technology behind their businesses.

Clients will also gain access to Tanner’s broader resources across accounting, tax, audit, transaction advisory, cybersecurity, and other specialized advisory services.
