About Skylar
Skylar Combe has five years of public accounting experience serving numerous clients in a variety of industries such as technology, healthcare, real estate, manufacturing, and financial services. Skylar has assisted clients in a various technical services, with a specialization in SOC 1, SOC 2, HITRUST, and ITGC assessments.
Prior to joining Tanner, Skylar received his bachelor’s and master’s in accounting at Weber State University, where he also obtained a graduate certificate in information assurance. Skylar is a HITRUST Certified CSF Practitioner (CCSFP) and as Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA). Skylar is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the Utah Association of Certified Public Accountants (UACPA), and the Information System Audit and Control Association (ISACA), where he is currently acting as the Secretary of the Board for the Utah Chapter.
