The Nomination Process
Influence is a very exclusive, personal experience. Similarly, the nomination process for influence is personal. Candidate nominations can be made by company presidents and CEOs or through “self-nominations” with the outside endorsement of key executives. In order to secure a space please have all nominations submitted by July 24th. Below are the steps.
Executive nominations for influence may be submitted using the online application on this page. The endorsement of presidents and CEOs who know the candidate carry a great deal of weight in the selection process.
The evaluation and selection of candidates is based exclusively on the leadership strengths and potential of each candidate, combined with our assessment of how those
A brief, personal phone call is made to the executive who nominates the candidate or to those candidates who are self-nominated to discuss the nominee’s leadership strengths. Their selection is then determined.
Additional information—resumes, profiles, and pre-work—is then exchanged prior to the event.
